HAVE DINNER WITH US AT THE FARM

Tickets include a five course meal comprised of thoughtfully prepared produce grown on location. The meat used in the meal will either be raised on the farm or at a sustainable neighbour farm. Beer and/or wine is included in ticket price. Tickets are nonrefundable.

piedmontese stuffed corinto peppers
first:
warm shelling bean salad with chanterelles and farro
fattoush salad with cucumbers and tomatoes, crispy flatbread, red za’atar
mains:
whole roasted pork loin with warm potato salad, roasted grapes
pot of mussels, roasted summer squash, garlicky grilled sourdough
roasted baby carrots, green goddess, citrus marigold
dessert:
local goat cheese flan with late summer berries

Josh Even is the Executive Chef and Partner of Tosca Cafe. Before, he was chef for The John Dory Oyster Bar where he helped earn the restaurant a glowing two-star review from The New York Times. He was first introduced to the restaurant industry after college, working as a bartender at San Francisco karaoke restaurant Kansai. He returned to his native New York, but after working at the legendary Odeon and French bistro Le Gigot (where he made the transition from server to cook), he enrolled at the French Culinary Institute.  –ChefsFeed  Restaurant Blog
